Asker Private Musikkskole
Asker Private Musikkskole was founded in 1995 by Gerd Lise Njøs Nygaard, who still owns and run the school. Over the years the music school has increased both with the number of teachers and the number of students.
Music school for everyone
Asker Private Musikkskole wants to be the music school for everyone. Whether you are old or young, beginner or advanced, play only for yourself or want to want to please others, or focus on immersing yourself in music at a high level, this is the music school for you.
You shall succeed
We make every effort to ensure that you as a student succeed in what you are doing. You will get our full attention during the time you are a student with us. That is why we only offer solo teaching in our instrumental lessons. In this way, you have the opportunity to develop as much and reach as far as you want.
Good teachers give good results
We hand-pick our teachers so that we can always offer some of the best on this front. In the years the music school has existed, we have had students who have achieved the best results in music competitions both in Norway and abroad. We also have students who have studied further studies in music, such as at Barratt-Due Music Institute and the Norwegian Academy of Music.
